John Konecki - Head Coach / Offensive Coordinator
Coach Konecki is entering his seventh year with the Chicago Force. This is his fourth year as both Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. In 2012, the Chicago Force were the National Division Champions and played for the National Championship against the San Diego Surge at Heinz Field. During his tenure, the Force has attained a record of 34-7 and qualified for the playoffs each year. Coach K is also the head coach and offensive coordinator for Team USA, the women's all-star team that captured the gold medal at the 2010 World Championship in Sweden. When he’s not coaching women, he teaches at Crete-Monee High School and is the Offensive Coordinator for the Warriors. In the fall of 2012, he helped lead the Warriors to a Class 6A Illinois State Championship. Coach K and his wife Cathy have two children Cally (5) and Jake (2). |

Adam Lewandowski – Defensive Coordinator Coach Lewandowski is entering his second year with the Chicago Force as the Defensive Coordinator. Coach “Lew” is the linebackers coach for Rich East High School and is a special education teacher for Homewood School District 153. Prior to coaching at Rich East, Coach Lewandowski was the co-founder, associate head coach, defensive coordinator, and linebackers coach for the University Of Chicago Charter School. Once a standout varsity track and football player at Homewood-Flossmoor High School, Adam earned his undergraduate degree, graduate degree, and multiple teaching certifications from National-Louis University, Chicago. |

Bill Smith - Assistant Coach
Coach Bill Smith began his career with the Force in 2004 as a Receivers Coach, however, his wealth of football experience spans nearly 30 years. As a standout high school athlete, Coach Smith entered the U.S. Army where he played Safety and Wide Receiver. He also spent time with the World Football League's Memphis Southmen and Jacksonville Sharks. Whether it is a grammar school team, flag football team, or semi-pro team, Coach Smith has been coaching football at some level since the early '80s. Additionally, Coach Bill has served more than 25 years in the Chicago Police Department. |

Stacey Baker - Assistant Coach Coach Stacey Baker played tackle football for six seasons, five of those on the offensive line of the Chicago Force. Highlights of her career include two years of league all-star recognition, 2009 Offensive Co-MVP (as a member of the O-line), 2010 Gameday Offensive Co-MVP (as a member of the O-line) and a trip to the National Championship game in 2008. Now retired from playing, she brings her on-field experience to the coaching staff and will assist with the O-line. When she's not studying football, Coach Baker works as a computer consultant. |

Al Maldonado - Assistant Coach Coach Al Maldonado began his prep football career at Lane Tech High School. He expanded his experience playing defensive back for various local football teams including the Chicago Thunder and Chicago Chargers. His coaching resume is lengthy and includes: two seasons as a head coach with the Chicago Bulldogs, one year as an assistant coach at North Park University and two years as head coach at Marquette University Club Football. Coach Al has two boys who are the loves of his life. |

Nick Djurdjevic - Assistant Coach Coach Djurdjevic is in his second year with the Chicago Force and is working with the defense and kickers. Nick attended Notre Dame HS where he was a decorated three sport athlete. He attended Harper College and was twice named an All-American linebacker for their national championship teams. He then attended the University of Findlay where he played linebacker for two more seasons. Coach Djurdjevic is employed by Athletico and is a PTA, performance enhancement specialist and a strength & conditioning coach. |

Carlos Jones - Assistant Coach Coach Jones is entering his second season as a wide receivers coach for the Chicago Force. After a broken foot ended his college football career, he decided to try his hand at coaching. In 2006, at age 22 he become the Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator of the Illinois Seahawks Men’s Semi- Professional football team. After a year with the Seahawks he started a team of his own, the Chitown Blaze, which will be playing its 5th season in 2012. Coach Jones has a 4-year old daughter who is the motivation for everything he does in life. |

Veronica Soper - Assistant Coach While Coach Soper played just one year with the Chicago Force, she has been involved in the organization for many years. She earned Gameday Co-MVP, 2010 Team Offensive MVP and was named a league All Star before being sidelined with injuries. Coach Soper is a former United States Army Military Police Officer/Sniper and was a Union Ironworker for 15 years. She currently works for McNichols Co. as a Sales Engineer/ Specialist/Estimator and is eager to begin her career as a Force coach in 2013. |

Darian Yarborough - Assistant Coach After joining the Chicago Force coaching staff during the play-offs of their 2008 championship run, Coach Darian Yarborough will again assist with the offense. A decorated three-sport high school athlete, Coach Yarborough received a scholarship from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to play wide receiver. He has spent the last five years coaching wide receivers at Crete-Monee High School, and the past two years also coaching the quarterbacks. Coach Yarborough has a son named Shawn. |

Tony Powell - Assistant Coach The Chicago Force is happy to have Coach Tony Powell back on staff. Coach Powell was a standout high school athlete at Crete-Monee High School – playing for Coach Konecki. He was named the "Senior Male Athlete of the Year" after lettering in basketball, baseball and football and named the "Northwest Indiana Times Player of the Year." This is his first time on the coaching side of the ball. |

Ron Munvez - Strength & Conditioning Coach
Ron Munvez has had a lifelong passion for fitness. He has 25 years of experience in training clients and has launched his own Personal Sports Training and Performance Training Company - Tri-fitness. Ron is a former NCAA athlete. He has a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and has CSCS by NSCA and CPT by ACE certifications. Ron constantly seeking continuing education from the top professionals in the fitness and sports-performance industries. It is his third year working with the Force. |
